Job summary

DLR Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic recruiting across architecture, engineering, and design talent. You will partner with hiring leaders to design approaches, build pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will work with an expanding HR team across multiple U.S. offices, including Seattle, driving sourcing strategies, market insights, and recruitment marketing to attract top talent while aligning with our design-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years in recruiting, sourcing, and selection.
• In-house full-cycle recruiting in the AEC industry.
• Experience with ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
• Proficient passive candidate sourcing via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Experience advising hiring leaders on recruiting best practices.
• Ability to travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with hiring leaders to understand needs and guide offers.
• Develop pipelines in architecture, engineering, and design to support current and future hiring needs.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, professional associations, and other sourcing methods.
• Leverage market intel and university partnerships to identify talent opportunities.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Prioritize and manage multiple searches based on business needs and priorities.
• Assess and recommend external recruiting resources as needed.
• Support employer brand visibility through social media and recruitment marketing.
• Contribute to recruiting initiatives and process improvements.
