Job summary

DLR Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to advise hiring leaders on recruiting strategies and build strong pipelines in architecture, engineering, and design. This role emphasizes market insights, creative sourcing, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will collaborate with a fun HR team, support staffing initiatives, and contribute to employer branding and process improvements. Opportunities for cross-office impact and travel up to 15% are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years in recruiting, talent sourcing and selection.
• In-house full-cycle recruiting experience in the AEC industry.
• Experience using an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
• Strong sourcing of passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Experience advising hiring leaders and influencing best practices.
• Ability to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs, influence recruiting strategies, and guide the selection and offer process.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines within the architecture, engineering, and design industry to support current and future hiring needs.
• Proactively source, engage, and influence qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional associations, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Leverage market intelligence, competitor insights, and university partnerships to identify talent opportunities and strengthen recruiting strategies.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, transparency, timely feedback, and consistent updates throughout the recruiting process.
• Prioritize and manage multiple searches effectively, balancing time and resources based on business needs and critical hiring priorities.
• Assess and recommend external recruiting resources as needed to support hiring goals.
• Support employer brand visibility through social media, recruitment marketing, and advertising strategies.
• Contribute to recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and special projects as needed.
