Job summary

Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. The role focuses on attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent and acts as an HR business partner to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.

We prefer the Charlotte, NC office but will consider other locations. The successful candidate will manage full lifecycle recruiting, collaborate with managers on strategies, and maintain a high level of candidate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting.
• HRIS experience preferred (UKG/UltiPro).
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office, Applicant Tracking and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting – from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and professionalism.
• Proactive in sourcing, engaging, and presenting top talent.
