CAI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead the TA performance engine across our global function. This role owns reporting, systems, and vendor infrastructure while driving AI and recruiting technology adoption. It requires hands-on work with Workday and Phenom, plus strong data storytelling for senior leaders.

You’ll partner with HR Strategy, enablement teams, and regional TA groups to optimize processes, measure impact, and ensure scalable operations in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Systems, or Recruiting Analytics with experience presenting performance insight to senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on administration of Workday (ATS) required; Phenom (or comparable talent CRM) strongly preferred.
• Experience owning or optimizing recruiting technology and media spend, including vendor management and renewal analysis.
• Strong process-design and change-management skills, with a track record of driving real tool adoption.
• Advanced Excel/O365 and dashboard/reporting build experience; comfortable with data at scale.

Responsabilités

• Operationalize and evolve TA reporting for recruiting leads and TA/HR leadership.
• Own TA metrics governance to ensure consistency across regions and segments.
• Translate data into narrative to surface changes, risks and opportunities for leaders.
• Deliver automated, standardized dashboards and tools to support TA performance.
• Drive TA technology roadmap delivery, adoption, and measurement of AI capabilities.
• Lead recruiter enablement and change management for new tools and workflows.
• Track efficiency and cost-avoidance impact of AI-enabled recruiting for business visibility.
• Serve as functional owner for Workday and Phenom, managing configurations, integrations, and access.
• Partner with IT/HRIS on system issues and upgrades.
• Manage TA tech budget, spend optimization, and vendor renewals.
• Design standardized TA workflows across regions and ensure compliant handoffs during onboarding.
• Coordinate training and enablement across US and international TA teams.
• Own employer-brand operations and support recruitment campaigns and EVP execution.
