Job summary

Rockbot is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition (Head of TA) to build playbooks, training, and operating discipline to modernize recruiting. This remote role favors West Coast candidates and requires hands-on leadership of high-impact searches and coaching for hiring managers.

You will drive AI-enabled recruiting workflows, create leadership dashboards, and partner with executives to scale the function while growing the team and expanding influence across People strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading executive-level searches and coaching hiring managers.
• Track record building Recruiting Operations and dashboards.
• Experience with AI-enabled recruiting tooling.
• Remote leadership and player-coach capability.
• Experience across technical and GTM/Sales recruiting.
• Strong executive partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function with playbooks, systems, and operating rhythms.
• Bring AI and automation into the recruiting workflow—sourcing, screening, scheduling, reporting.
• Build and maintain leadership dashboards and reporting for real pipeline visibility.
• Coach hiring managers to improve interview quality and talent assessment.
• Lead and grow the recruiting team and personally run high-stakes searches.
• Personally run a focused portfolio of executive leadership, Director-level, and GTM searches.
• Develop trusted partnerships with executives and hiring managers; drive continuous improvement with metrics.
