Job summary

NYC Campaign Finance Board is hiring a Talent Operations Specialist to support the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to offer coordination, ensuring fair and compliant hiring practices across the agency.

The role partners with hiring managers to build diverse, qualified pipelines, champions equity, and uses analytics to improve efficiency and strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Knowledge of NYC labor laws, NYC EEO policy, and diversity, inclusion principles.
• Experience coaching hiring managers on salary, responsibilities, and hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across the agency.
• Coordinate screening, interviews, and offers with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate experience and timely communications throughout searches.
• Utilize data to inform workforce planning and improve efficiency.
