1199SEIU Training and Employment Funds seeks a permanent, full-time Talent Acquisition Lead to manage day-to-day recruitment for a portfolio of sites. You will develop proactive strategies, screen and interview candidates, align with employer requirements, and ensure smooth placement workflows in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Career Services and Employer Relations, building relationships with employers and community partners, and guiding onboarding and staff

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in workforce development or recruitment operations.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS) and CRM tools preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead day-to-day talent acquisition and job placement activities for the assigned site or portfolio, ensuring work is coordinated, responsive, and aligned with departmental priorities.
• Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across job titles and experience levels.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and assess candidates for employer partner opportunities.
• Match candidates with appropriate employment opportunities based on experience and employer requirements.
• Review candidate resumes to ensure placement-readiness and qualification alignment.
• Provide on-site technical and performance guidance to the assigned team.
• Oversee employer relations and job placement workflows, monitor priorities, and escalate issues to leadership.
• Coordinate recruitment workflows in ATS (iCIMS or similar) and maintain candidate documentation.
