Krgstaffing partners with a New York law firm to coordinate talent acquisition activities across attorney, law student, and lateral recruiting. You will help manage candidate flow, interviews, and onboarding in collaboration with Recruiting, HR, attorneys, and firm leadership.

The role involves maintaining applicant records, supporting campus programs and inclusion initiatives, and coordinating with search firms and events to drive recruiting projects forward.

• Maintain applicant tracking systems, recruiting records, reports, and metrics
• Support summer associate, campus recruiting, and inclusion initiatives
• Coordinate search firms, recruiting events, onboarding, and pre-employment processes
• Assist with recruiting projects and talent management initiatives
• Handle confidential information and provide professional support to candidates and internal stakeholders

A growing New York State law firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its team and support the firm`s expanding recruiting and talent initiatives.
