Formación

• Knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Familiarity with NYC civil service requirements and EEO policy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment intake meetings with hiring managers and review hiring packets.
• Coach managers on salary, responsibilities and hiring exercises to ensure policy compliance.
• Manage candidate experience from screening through offer and onboarding.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
