Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools in New York is seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to ensure data accuracy and scalable ATS tooling. The role blends operations, data, and tools-building to support recruiters and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The hybrid position requires strong Excel skills and experience auditing HR data, with a focus on scalable trackers, dashboards, and process improvements across corporate roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in talent acquisition operations or similar.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data auditing skills.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse or GEM) and cross-functional support.
• Meticulous, systems-minded and organized.

Responsibilities

• Audit open requisitions and candidate records for accuracy and SLA gaps.
• Build and maintain trackers and dashboards for pipeline health and time-to-fill.
• Design administrative tools/templates to reduce manual work for recruiters and coordinators.
• Maintain ATS hygiene across corporate requisitions.
• Monitor SLA adherence and route breaches.
• Prepare recurring reports for TA leadership and partners.
• Document and improve standard TA processes.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Coordinating to fix friction points.
• Support internal audits with clean data.
