Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a data/BI analyst to own Talent Acquisition analytics. You will manage the Looker footprint, build dashboards for pipeline, time-to-fill, source performance, and workforce plan attainment, translating plans into daily targets for recruiters and managers.

With 3–6 years in data/BI roles, expert Looker and SQL skills, experience with high‑volume hiring, and the ability to present insights to executives, you will partner with TA leadership to keep numbers

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a data analyst or BI analyst role, with meaningful time supporting Talent Acquisition, HR, Workforce Planning, or a high‑velocity operations function.

Responsibilities

• Own the TA Looker footprint across the organization and maintain the existing dashboard suite (pipeline, funnel, time-to-fill, source performance, recruiter productivity, workforce plan attainment).
• Build new dashboards on demand to answer leadership questions within days.
• Refresh and reconcile data frequently and explain movements in the numbers.
• Translate workforce plans into daily targets, gap reports, and forward-looking projections for recruiters and managers.
• Deliver insights and surface trends, anomalies, and risks proactively.
• Present findings to executives and defend methodology; communicate clearly to frontline managers.
• Be a trusted analytical partner to TA leadership, recruiters, and hiring managers.
