Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
• Ability to independently manage multi-stakeholder interview scheduling.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to Talent Acquisition Specialists on active requisitions.
• Assist with requisition intake materials, job postings, and offer documentation.
• Coordinate and track candidate and hiring manager action items.
• Support recruiting events, career fairs, and candidate information sessions.
• Prepare initial candidate sourcing via job boards and LinkedIn; refresh pipelines.
