Job summary

Fanatics Momentum is building the UAE's leading regulated commercial gaming operator with a fast-growing Talent Acquisition team. We’re seeking a TA Operations Coordinator to own interview scheduling, offers, and the candidate experience, while managing systems, data and workflows to scale hiring across multiple functions.

You will work closely with TA Leads, implement AI and automation, and ensure a smooth onboarding and relocation process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in TA operations or recruitment operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Tech-savvy with AI and automation.
• Experience with background checks and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• TA systems, tools and AI management including Greenhouse configuration, data quality and adoption.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and offers across time zones.
• Oversee pre-boarding, onboarding and relocation processes.
• Build and own TA reporting dashboards on pipelines, time-to-hire, and quality of hire.
• Design, document and improve TA processes and SOPs for compliance and efficiency.
• Support employer branding and candidate communications across channels.
• Partner with TA Leads to drive tooling changes and continuous improvement.
