Job summary

Neumo Holdings LLC in Centreville, VA seeks a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team through the hiring process. You will schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain data in the ATS to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of recruiting coordination or related experience, a Bachelor's degree (preferred), and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, administrative support, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate phone screens, interviews, and debrief sessions across multiple time zones and calendars.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and a positive interview experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Post job openings across internal and external job boards and career sites.
• Coordinate travel, lodging, and expense reimbursement for candidate on-site interviews as needed.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure interview panels are aligned and prepared.
• Support offer letter preparation, background check initiation, and pre-onboarding logistics.
• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline volume) and prepare regular reporting.
• Assist with employer branding efforts, including career fairs, campus recruiting events, and social media postings.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
