Responsibilities

• Manage all interview scheduling logistics from request to conclusion.
• Assist candidates with travel and hotel via Egencia.
• Update candidate records and job postings in ATS.
• Navigate interviewers' complex and dynamic schedules.
• Correspond with candidates by phone and email.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Greet candidates and facilitate onsite interviews with poise.
• Generate new hire offer documents.
• Build relationships with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiting coordination team.
