Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Recruitment Coordination to streamline candidate flow from posting to onboarding.

You will schedule high-volume interviews across store locations, manage ATS postings, and review applicants to identify the most qualified candidates. You will also deliver weekly recruitment reports, support franchisees and brands with best-practice hiring, and ensure data accuracy and compliance in the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Experience recruiting in Quick Service Restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Proficiency with Excel for creating and filtering custom reports.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse) preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews across store locations.
• Manage job postings in the ATS and relevant job boards.
• Review and identify the most qualified applicants for open positions.
• Prepare and deliver weekly progress reports on recruitment performance using the ATS.
• Organize and support recruiting events for targeted locations and provide materials.
• Provide ATS training and resources to Restaurant General Managers to improve the interview process.
• Coordinate candidate communications, including first contact, interview scheduling, offers, and orientation arrangements.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in the ATS and maintain compliant records.
• Oversee new hire compliance, including required documentation and follow up with District Managers and Restaurant General Managers.
• Communicate effectively with hiring managers, corporate operations teams, and People teams.
• Adhere to federal and state laws, rules, and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
