HRI Lodging is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support the corporate recruiting function. This on-site role focuses on day-to-day recruiting operations, from job postings and candidate management to screening, interviews coordination, and onboarding handoff.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple systems while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition coordination, or related administrative role.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system or HRIS; Workday Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain job requisitions and postings.
• Post open positions to internal and external recruiting platforms.
• Monitor applicant flow and assist with candidate review and initial screening.
