You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to post roles and ensure timely processes, with a focus on first-class customer service. Lead NeoGov training and support onboarding sessions for new hires.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of college in HR or related field.
• Experience in HR support or recruiting preferred.
• NeoGov applicant tracking system familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment with posting, screening, and onboarding across departments.
• Coordinate pre-boarding activities, background checks, and offer processes.
• Provide NeoGov training for hiring managers and admins.
• Prepare analytical reports on requisitions and offers.
• Support career fairs and events as needed, including evenings/weekends.
