Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Manager, Talent Strategy & Acquisition in Raleigh, NC to develop and execute recruiting strategies and support performance management, succession planning, and employee development. You will partner with senior leaders, manage full-cycle recruiting, and drive workforce planning initiatives across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and HR program design expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR, Talent, Learning, Recruiting or Communications experience.
• Experience with HR technology/LMS platforms; translate strategy into practical tools.
• Experience designing HR programs and processes.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on talent strategy.

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Manager, Talent Strategy & Acquisition to join their client's team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is a pivotal position within the organization, focused on developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies while supporting various HR functions.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience developing and executing recruiting strategies while also supporting performance management, succession planning, employee development, and talent programs. This person should be comfortable partnering with leaders across the organization, managing full-cycle recruiting efforts, driving workforce planning initiatives, and helping shape the employee lifecycle from attraction through development and retention. Experience supporting performance improvement plans, talent reviews, leadership development, succession planning, and learning initiatives is required.

Successful candidates will be:

• Experienced in high-level Talent Acquisition and workforce planning
• Comfortable working with senior leaders on talent strategy
• Skilled in performance management and employee development programs
• Strong communicators who can influence and build relationships across departments
• Strategic thinkers who can develop programs while also executing day-to-day priorities
• Organized project managers capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Additional:
• Bachelor's degree required.

• Demonstrated experience designing HR programs and processes.

Additional Position Highlights

• Base Salary: Approximately $120,000
• Annual Bonus Opportunity: 10% target bonus
• Monthly Vehicle Allowance: Approximately $300
• Monthly Cell Phone Reimbursement: $35-$45
• Opportunity to grow into a Senior Talent Partner or broader HR leadership role
