Job summary

Ultimate Staffing seeks an experienced Manager, Talent Strategy & Acquisition to join their Raleigh-based client team. You will develop and execute recruiting strategies while supporting performance management, succession planning, employee development, and talent programs.

The role requires partnering with senior leaders, managing full-cycle recruiting, and shaping the employee lifecycle from attraction through development and retention. On-site in Raleigh, NC with strong HR leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR, talent, learning, recruiting or communications experience.
• Experience with HR technology/LMS platforms.
• Experience working across multiple business units preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies.
• Support performance management, succession planning, employee development and talent programs.
• Engage with senior leaders on talent strategy and workforce planning.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts and day-to-day priorities.
