• Create onboarding documents and conduct onboarding classes.
• Prepare and extend offers to select candidates.
• Recruit for qualified candidates using various resources.
• Supervise current employee attendance and performance.
• Prepare hiring status reports.
• Work with clients to monitor staffing needs.
• Advertise job openings across multiple channels.
• Conduct site visits at clients as needed.
• Validate and process payroll.
• Conduct interviews with candidates and assess applicants' skills.
