• Coordinate interview schedules with managers and executives.
• Attend career fairs and build relationships for recruitment needs.
• Interact with all AMT employees in a professional, friendly manner.
• Assist with benefits enrollment (Medical and 401k/profit sharing) and open enrollment.
• Support orientation and onboarding of new hires.
• Handle HR administrative duties (time cards, payroll, notices like ERISA).
• Assist with FMLA, COBRA and ADA compliance.
• Support employee investigations and HR process improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisor to improve HR goals and procedures.
