Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or related HR operations.
• Experience recruiting for multiple locations or states and building partnerships with colleges, workforce organizations, and community partners.
• Ability to travel approximately 40–50% across Ohio and Illinois; travel may include overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment for approved vacancies with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, position requirements, hiring timelines, and interview plans.
• Create, post, update, and close job advertisements; maintain accurate position information across job boards, career pages, and recruitment systems.
• Source candidates through direct outreach, networks, employee referrals, colleges, workforce partners, and community organizations.
• Review applications, conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, collect feedback, and maintain timely candidate communication.
• Coordinate approved offers and hiring documentation with the Director of Human Resources; track start dates and outstanding requirements.
• Represent GRO at career fairs, campus events, and site recruitment activities; develop pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Develop internship, graduate recruitment, and career pathway opportunities with internal leaders.
• Track partner referrals, conversions, and hires to evaluate partnership effectiveness.
• Maintain applicant records, recruitment activity logs, and onboarding progress; ensure data integrity.
