Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a recruiter to manage the full life cycle of talent acquisition for our Providence, RI branch. The role involves high-volume recruiting, candidate generation, and maintaining precise CRM records to support branch needs.

You will screen, interview, train, onboard, and monitor staffing processes while collaborating with branch managers to meet client demands. Some travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• College preferred.
• 2+ years’ successful recruiting or business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a consistently high volume of recruiting activities.
• Manage candidate generation and job order generation through Masis Staffing Solution CRM Software.
• Maintain records of terminations on CRM software and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
• Screen, interview, train, onboard, and terminate candidate processes with attention to detail.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to build a strong candidate pool and pipeline.
