Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a recruiter responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition for branch clients. You will generate candidates, manage job orders in our CRM, and uphold strict confidentiality while aligning with company policies.

Responsibilities include planning interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing goals. A college degree and 2+ years in recruiting are preferred, with strong communication and multitasking abilities

Qualifications

• College preferred.
• Must have 2+ years’ successful recruiting or business development experience.
• Strong interviewing skills and understanding of staffing industry.
• Ability to speak more than one language highly desirable.
• Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a consistently high volume of recruiting activities.
• Manage candidate generation and job orders through Masis Staffing Solution CRM Software.
• Maintain records and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
• Screen, interview, training, onboarding, and termination with attention to detail.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to bring valuable candidates to the pool.
• Communicate with Branch Manager and Business Development Manager on job orders and client matters.
• Create recruiting and interviewing plans for open positions with hiring managers.
• Build a talent pipeline by networking with qualified candidates.
