Grassland Dairy Products, Inc. is seeking an organized Onboarding & Recruiting Specialist to support talent acquisition and the onboarding process from first contact through a new hire's initial days.

You will coordinate interviews, maintain workflows, communicate with candidates, and prepare onboarding materials to ensure new employees get off to a strong start. The role requires strong organization, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while partnering with hiring

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating interviews and maintaining recruiting workflows.
• Strong communication with candidates and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prepare onboarding materials and ensure new hires have needed resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities and maintain candidate records throughout the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews and communicate details to candidates and managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to align interview processes and timelines.
• Assist with job postings, candidate outreach, resume screening, and applicant tracking.
• Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate onboarding from offer to first day.
• Ensure new hires have required systems, equipment, access, and documentation.
• Support background checks and reference checks as needed.
• Serve as a helpful point of contact for candidates and new employees.
