Job summary

Dogs On The Run® is seeking a highly organized Recruiting & Onboarding Manager to lead the onboarding department and grow a community of independent Pet Care Professionals. You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, compliance, activation, and ongoing support while collaborating with Concierge, Reservations, and Marketing.

This role emphasizes process improvement, data-driven decisions, and strong leadership to maintain DOTR’s high standards of professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, talent acquisition, human resources, operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting initiatives to attract qualified Pet Care Professionals across current and future service areas.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support current needs and growth.
• Oversee candidate discovery calls, interviews, reference checks, and evaluations.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting, onboarding, and engagement with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.
