Job summary

Datadog, a leading observability and security platform, is expanding its People team to scale with a high-growth tech environment. You will provide front-line HR support, manage onboarding/offboarding, and maintain employee data while collaborating with Recruiting, IT, and Payroll to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.

You will work in a hybrid setup, contribute to process improvements, and help drive People initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Front-line HR support and onboarding/offboarding administration.
• Maintain employee data accuracy and audits.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, IT, Payroll and managers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions via the People Services Center.
• Own the administrative execution of new hire onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain employee changes and data throughout the life cycle, including system updates, org changes, letters, audits.
• Champion cross-functional relationships to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding processes.
• Organize and audit internal documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge base resources for self-direction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate and support new hires throughout onboarding to ensure smooth transitions.
• Assist with salary and stock administration.
