The role requires managing a team of recruiters and administrative staff, ensuring compliance with federal and multi-state employment laws, and proactively identifying risks related to hiring, onboarding, and travel.

• Partner with HR, Legal, Payroll, IT, Finance and Operations to drive efficiency and cost control.
• Support travel operations and vendor management across the organization.
