This role partners with hiring managers, coordinates interviews, ensures compliance, and builds strong candidate relationships while upholding Matheny's mission and values.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
• Hospital environment and Department of Developmental Disabilities experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple open positions and competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees at all levels.
• Proficiency with HR/recruiting technology, ADP HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions from requisition approval through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, requirements, and priorities.
• Develop and post compelling job advertisements across career sites and networks.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, networks, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Provide guidance on candidate selection and recruitment best practices.
• Conduct reference checks and pre-employment requirements.
