AMJ Talent Solutions seeks a highly organized HR/Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support both Human Resources and recruiting, attracting, hiring, onboarding, and maintaining personnel records with accuracy and efficiency.

The role collaborates with hiring managers, posts jobs, sources candidates, coordinates interviews, and supports daily HR operations while ensuring compliance and confidentiality in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin or related field preferred.
• Previous HR or administrative experience preferred.
• Construction industry, electrical contracting, or union experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process from posting through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Prepare and post job advertisements across platforms.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
• Attend career fairs and outreach activities to promote opportunities.
• Screen applicants and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain a pipeline for field and office positions.
• Track recruiting metrics and applicant activity.
