• Experience coordinating interviews with senior stakeholders.
• Background in startup or recruiting agency environments is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS Paycom and onboarding activities.

• Coordinate and own end-to-end interview scheduling across roles using ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal TA to support recruitment.
• Own onboarding processes including background checks, orientation, I-9s, and documentation.
• Present and answer questions to set new hires up for success.
