Job summary

Opensity Solutions in Nashville is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support the HR Manager of the Global Operations Center. You will source and screen candidates, build a talent pipeline, coordinate interview schedules and assist with onboarding and engagement events.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or two years HR experience, familiarity with ATS (Workday a plus), and strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or two years HR experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday is a plus.
• Strong technology skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates by utilizing various platforms to identify and attract top talent.
• Review and screen candidate applications and resumes.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Facilitate ongoing communication as primary point of contact for candidates; provide timely updates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Develop job postings for open positions.
• Maintain confidential HR related information.
• Performs other recruiting duties and miscellaneous special projects assigned.
