Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator in the Nashville area. This hybrid role requires coordinating recruiting operations and supporting onboarding, employee data, and lifecycle activities in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to streamline the recruitment process, manage interview scheduling across levels, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining strong documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Talent Acquisition or related HR role.
• Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS.
• Experience with Paycom or another HRIS.
• Coordinating interviews across levels, including executives.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or high-volume recruiting.
• Experience supporting full recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience onboarding: offer letters, background checks, I-9, orientations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in evolving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Talent Acquisition activities and recruiting operations (≈60%).
• Support HR onboarding and employee lifecycle activities (≈40%).
• Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR leadership to drive recruitment and onboarding.

Job description

Hybrid Work Model:

Required Skills and Experience

• 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, HR Coordination, People Operations, or a related role.
• Experience using Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System.
• Experience working within Paycom or another HRIS platform.
• Proven experience coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple levels of an organization, including hiring managers, directors, and executive leadership.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup, growth-stage company, staffing agency, or other high-volume recruiting environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, candidate communication, interview coordination, and offer process support.
• Experience owning or supporting new hire onboarding processes, including offer letter administration, background checks, I-9 verification, new hire orientations, and employee documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in environments with evolving priorities and limited structure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with candidates, employees, and business leaders.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Exposure to onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and HR compliance processes.
• Experience supporting both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources functions in a blended or hybrid role.
• Strong customer-service mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and new hire experience.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants exposure to both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources functions within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to hiring managers, recruiters, and HR leadership, helping drive the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. Approximately 60% of your time will be focused on Talent Acquisition coordination and recruiting operations, while the remaining 40% will support HR onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
