Job summary

Stoke Space is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support candidate scheduling, onboarding, and HR processes onsite in Kent, WA. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and the People team to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and maintain organized hiring workflows.

Responsibilities include coordinating interview schedules, onboarding, and HR reporting, while upholding confidentiality and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; 2+ years of recruiting/HR or related People Operations experience
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional representation to candidates, employees, and leaders
• Customer-service mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and employee experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Slack, and other productivity tools
• Experience using an ATS; Greenhouse experience preferred
• Experience with an HRIS; Rippling experience preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proactive, collaborative mindset to improve processes and drive operational excellence
• Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment with shifting priorities
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Ability to work onsite in Kent, WA

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage candidate and interviewer scheduling across multiple teams and calendars
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful support from initial contact through onboarding
• Manage multiple recruiting and HR priorities while ensuring timely execution
• Host onsite interviews and welcome candidates, representing Stoke with professionalism
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes organized and moving forward
• Coordinate new hire onboarding for a smooth first-day experience
• Track recruiting and HR metrics and build reports and dashboards
• Assist with HR initiatives including open enrollment, compliance reporting, and performance and compensation review cycles
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting and People Operations processes
• Perform other duties as assigned
