Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities: posting jobs, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.
• Manage onboarding logistics: background checks, new hire paperwork, orientation, equipment, system access.
• Coordinate employee training: schedule Lunch & Learn, track training completion, maintain records, support LMS implementation.
• Maintain confidential HR records, prepare reports, update ADP, publish HR communications, support HR projects.
