Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, or office administration experience is a plus, but training provided.
• Comfortable speaking with people and making phone calls.
• Reliable and accountable with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruiting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for a variety of positions and industries.
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Make outbound calls to candidates and prospective applicants.
• Communicate available job opportunities to qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
• Schedule interviews, orientations, and appointments.
• Assist with onboarding and new-hire processes.
