Job summary

Stoke Space in Kent, WA is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and the People team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through onboarding. You'll coordinate interview schedules, onboarding, and data-driven HR activities while upholding our high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, plus 2+ years of recruiting, HR, or a related People Operations role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Stoke professionally to candidates, employees, and leaders
• Customer-service mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and employee experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Slack, and other workplace productivity tools
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Greenhouse experience preferred
• Experience working with an HRIS; Rippling experience preferred
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretion
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for improving processes and driving operational excellence
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment where priorities may shift quickly
• Ability to travel occasionally, as needed
• Ability to work onsite in Kent, WA

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage candidate and interviewer scheduling across multiple teams and calendars
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful support from initial contact through onboarding
• Manage multiple recruiting and HR priorities while ensuring timely execution and follow-through
• Host onsite interviews, welcome candidates, and represent Stoke with professionalism and hospitality
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes organized, efficient, and moving forward
• Coordinate new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming first-day experience
• Track recruiting and HR metrics and build reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making
• Assist with HR initiatives including open enrollment, compliance reporting, and performance and compensation review cycles
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting and People Operations processes
• Perform other duties as assigned
