Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting across Keystone divisions.
• Develop partnerships with schools and training programs for apprenticeship and entry-level roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies.
• Proactively build candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Screen, interview, and extend offers; coordinate onboarding.
• Maintain applicant data and support pre-employment processes.
