Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to attract and hire field crew by managing the ATS, screening applicants, and conducting interviews. You will coordinate onboarding processes and support hiring events across markets.

You will also handle pre-adverse action steps, background checks, I-9 audits, and stay aligned with leadership on recruiting strategies and policy updates. The role emphasizes teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in an office or call center environment.
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc).
• Steel toed boots or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Attend and successfully complete Crew Member Training (CMT) and apply knowledge to job.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, including hiring stages and notes.
• Respond to candidate inquiries via text messages, voicemails, and assigned emails within timelines.
• Review application records and conduct phone interviews with Crew Member candidates.
• Launch pre-hire onboarding paperwork and validate accuracy before scheduling onboarding.
• Deliver onboarding projections, attendance updates, and hire numbers to leadership teams.
• Schedule qualified candidates for New Hire Orientations (NHOs).
• Support the Crew Member Training team during weekly NHOs and process new hires.
• Represent Flagger Force at job fairs and local events to promote opportunities.
• Review background checks and manage pre-adverse action processes.
• Conduct and maintain I-9 audits for compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to review recruiting resources and strategies.
• Stay current on policy changes and perform special projects as needed.
