Job summary

Arrow International Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Operations and Onboarding Specialist to optimize our recruiting engine and build strong candidate pipelines across field, office, and manufacturing roles.

In a hybrid work model, you will create offer letters, coordinate pre-employment steps, and partner with HR and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional new hire experience while maintaining accurate ATS records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or HR.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting coordination and onboarding.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS and offer letter administration.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute offer letters with accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps like background checks and drug screens.
• Manage onboarding activities and partner with HR and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and ATS data with accuracy.
• Source candidates and build pipelines across fields and plants.
• Drive inclusive recruitment and candidate experience.
