Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience including vetting resumes and conducting interviews.
• Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of employment law.
• Desire to continue expanding knowledge in HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results driven and able to assess talent with sound judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and select best-match candidates for each position.
• Post to job boards and help develop and execute recruiting plans to find candidates.
• Oversee new team member onboarding process.
• Ensure team member personnel files and medical records are current and accurate.
• Handle HR administrative duties and projects as assigned.
• Conduct pre-employment phone screens, video interviews, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Work with hiring managers to create and update job descriptions.
• Build a pool of applicant resources by networking with community services, colleges, agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing plans and meet projected needs.
• Track and monitor status of candidates in the hiring process.
• Initiate background checks and drug screens.
• Assist with putting together offer letters.
• Administer health and dental benefit plans including enrollments, changes and terminations.
• Maintain weekly HR reporting metrics and HR invoices.
• Work with Payroll to ensure accuracy of benefits related to payroll deductions.
