Job summary

Hunter Industries in San Marcos, CA, seeks a temporary HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support HR data in the HRIS, onboarding, and recruitment processes on-site.

You will maintain personnel records, process offers and background checks, schedule interviews, respond to inquiries, and assist with contingent workforce onboarding and offboarding, aiming for accuracy and timely service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with HRIS and talent acquisition processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintains employee data in the HRIS and personnel files.
• Manages pre-employment and onboarding including offers, background checks, and I-9/E-Verify.
• Answers inquiries in HRSC and TA channels and supports onboarding.
• Develops reports for internal customers and government agencies.
• Handles employment verifications and personnel records requests.
• Schedules interviews and guides candidates and branding collateral.
• Supports contingent workforce onboarding/offboarding and documentation.
• Arranges travel for candidates and TA team.
• Orders office supplies and processes HR invoices.
• Maintains HR-related data and processes.
