Job summary

Hunter Recruiting partners with a multi-location professional services organization to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Human Resources team. This role owns the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, building robust talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, departments, or locations.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, administrative, and support positions across multiple locations.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Conduct resume reviews, candidate screenings, and behavioral/competency-based interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication and feedback throughout the selection process.
• Assist with employment offers, background checks, and pre-employment activities.
• Support onboarding and new-hire orientation.
• Build relationships with external recruiting partners and talent sources.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Contribute to employer branding, talent pipeline development, and recruiting initiatives.
• Support internship and other specialized talent acquisition programs.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Professional services, corporate, financial services, legal, or similar recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting professional, administrative, or specialized support talent.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership.
• Knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance.
• Experience using recruiting metrics to improve hiring strategies.
