Job summary

Hunter Truck is actively seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support full recruitment and onboarding activities at our corporate office in Butler, PA. The role requires coordinating interviews, postings, and candidate communications while maintaining compliant HR records and working closely with HR and hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in HR or related field and 2 years' experience in recruiting or HR administration, with familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, ATS, and

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Two years of recruiting or HR administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, onboarding processes preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-location recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full recruitment and onboarding process, including postings, tracking, communications, interview coordination.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate applicant information in ADP ATS.
• Prepare offer letters and pre-employment documents.
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, HR, and partners.
• Assist with career fairs and recruiting events.
• Maintain HR records and comply with employment laws.
