You will support candidates from offer through onboarding, coordinate offer letters, background checks, I-9s, and new-hire documentation, and communicate next steps to new hires. Ideal candidates have 1+ year HR or Talent Acquisition experience, familiarity with Oracle Cloud ATS, strong communication, and excellent organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Talent Acquisition or HR experience.
• ATS experience (Oracle Cloud preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• A positive, adaptable, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support candidates from offer through onboarding.
• Coordinate offer letters, background checks, I-9s, and new-hire documentation.
• Communicate important next steps to new hires.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and HR.
• Work within Oracle Cloud ATS and Microsoft Office.
• Help improve processes and keep onboarding compliant and on track.
