Job summary

Envoy Air, based in Irving, TX, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment and onboarding. You will partner with recruiters, participate in events, source and screen candidates, and manage pre-employment tasks with confidentiality and professionalism.

The role requires strong communication, admin experience, and knowledge of ATS systems; travel up to 10% is expected. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Public speaking/presentation experience.
• Working knowledge of an applicant tracking system (ICIMS preferred).
• Familiarity with SharePoint.
• Sabre and SuccessFactors knowledge a plus.
• Experience in clerical/administrative role; minimum one year.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications with strong Excel skills.
• 10% travel required.
• Ability to read/write/speak English.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Fingerprints/background check required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiter to support recruiting for one or more workgroups.
• Participate in hiring events and career fairs locally and nationally.
• Assist Recruiter with sourcing and screening candidates.
• Arrange fingerprinting and drug test collection; verify eligibility and prepare files.
• Document notes, update statuses in recruiting tool, update spreadsheets, and weekly reports.
• Maintain communication with applicants, recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Create a positive candidate experience during recruiting and onboarding.
• Process new hire employee number requests.
• Prepare and send Onboarding Welcome letters; notify hiring managers.
• Identify onboarding documents/bundles for each new hire.
• Support process improvements in onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding status communications with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot onboarding system issues for new hires.
• Monitor completion of new hire I-9s; report to HR Compliance as needed.
