Delta V Management, LLC. is seeking an energetic HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to recruit and onboard across Delta V Management and affiliated entities. You will attract, engage, and hire great people while gaining exposure to broader HR functions.

The role covers recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and process improvement. You will partner with executives and build pipelines to strengthen staffing and candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field required/preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, customer service, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable learning new HR tech, recruiting platforms, and HR systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate professionalism.

Aufgaben

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle across the organization and affiliates.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates via multiple channels.
• Coordinate interviews with the Executive Team and hiring leaders.
• Build candidate pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Create a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
• Collaborate with Media Team on recruiting campaigns and employer branding.
• Identify opportunities through job fairs, events, and partnerships.
• Own onboarding workflow from offer to first day readiness, including documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure policy compliance across entities.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
