Qualifications

• 7+ years of talent acquisition experience with leadership of recruiters or teams.
• Experience recruiting for field-based workforces such as construction, utilities, environmental services, logistics, manufacturing, or similar.
• Proven ability to scale recruiting efforts in a high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience creating recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of recruiters.
• Drive accountability, performance, and recruiter development through coaching and mentorship.
• Develop scalable recruiting strategies to support organizational growth.
• Remain hands-on in recruiting while overseeing team performance and hiring outcomes.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, retention initiatives, and hiring strategy.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for field-based and operational roles.
• Create recruiting dashboards, metrics, and reporting to measure team performance and hiring effectiveness.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Manage campus recruiting efforts, career fairs, and internship programs.
• Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
