Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of talent acquisition experience with leadership of recruiters or teams.
• Experience recruiting for field-based workforces such as construction, utilities, environmental services, logistics, manufacturing, or similar.
• Proven ability to scale recruiting efforts in a high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience creating recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reports.

About the Role

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings and sourcing through offer and onboarding
• Manage campus recruiting efforts, career fairs, and internship programs
• Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives

Qualifications

• 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, including leadership of recruiters or recruiting teams
• Experience recruiting for field-based workforces such as construction, utilities, environmental services, logistics, manufacturing, or similar industries
• Proven success scaling recruiting efforts in a high-growth environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience creating recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reports
• Degree preferred; strong business, budgeting, and financial acumen highly valued
• Experience with Paycom is a plus
